Cheese and traditional mezcal are one of the most underrated pairings in Mexico: the salt and fat of the cheese round off the smoke, and the mezcal cuts back through it. - We don't pick you up - we come to you. Our mezcalero arrives at the address you give at checkout: your villa, Airbnb, penthouse or hotel room.
